When you work with a solo agent, you get what you’re paying for. You’re subject to their schedule, which might be packed because they are wearing a lot of hats. They do their own marketing, branding, and negotiations. We’ve designed our team to maintain that one-on-one experience, but behind that experience, we have a team of experts helping the process. 


Our listing experts help get your home prepared to go on the market. That includes maximizing your return through staging, pricing, and negotiations. In our buyer’s department, we have a bunch of experts who will help you through crafting an offer.

We’re always going to be available; you will always catch someone live when you’re working with a team. We have an administrative department made up of listing coordinators, contract to close management, transaction coordinators, and people responsible for our marketing. They handle everything else about the business so that we agents always have time to focus on you and your needs.
